rwhois without ipv6

I tried that but when I take all of the IPV6 addresses of the system using
net-pf-10 off in modprobe.conf, rwhoisd will not start up and I get the
following in the rwhoisd.log:

CONFIG: run_daemon: Can not open socket: Address family not supported by
protocol

and the rwhoisd terminates.
