I apologize for any verbosity.  It seems that for every message that I'd
send to "rwhois at rwhois.net", I'd get one or two bounce messages.  Since
I had just registered, I was hoping that there had just been a delay in
some database update and that a message would eventually get through.
It seems that most if not all of the blankety-blanks actually made it.
