Need some opinions on what data to list

You only need to list blocks of 8 contiguous IP addresses or more actively 
assigned to a single customer. IP addresses used in any other manner need 
not be published in your RWHOIS server; you report such utilization detail 
privately to ARIN during the additional address space request process.
