They're not invisible! You still display customer names.

The customers are still specified!

The only thing I was saying above was that POC information -- who to 
contact in case of emergency -- doesnt have to be published, either in 
ARIN WHOIS via SWIP or in your RWHOIS server.

You must specific your non-residential customer names. You may not mask 
the names.
