RWHOIS DELEGATION

What is it that you're trying to do, and what problem are you encountering? Are 
you trying to point clients to a different rwhois server for one of your blocks? 
I'm not doing referral now but I did play with it some a while back. Here's some 
stuff to look at:

In the directory for that block, check your schema file. Here's what mine looks 
like:

You need to have a "referral.tmpl" in the place this points to. Also, in the 
"data/referral" directory, check out "referral.txt." I believe that the contents 
of your "referral.txt" have to match your "referral.tmpl." Here's what my 
referral.txt looks like:

I believe that I commented everything to make my rwhois server stop referring; 
you would want to uncomment stuff to make the referral work. Play around with 
this stuff and see if you can come up with more specific questions.
