I *think* I've got all the pieces in place now for live, hourly exports 
of data from our internal IP database to rWHOIS.  I'd like to get some 
opinions on what I've got running just to make sure it's as "correct" as 
possible.

IPs in 209.91.128.0/18, 66.225.160.0/19, and 66.186.64.0/19 should all 
be announced via rWHOIS at rwhois://rwhois.vianet.ca.  There are another 
few (much smaller) blocks that we should *probably* announce eventually, 
but they are not currently associated with our "main" ARIN contact 
handle, and I'm not going to worry about them just yet.
