I'll comment on this, since I spend my days looking through people's 
RWHOIS servers :) Most of the servers I fetch data from include Org data 
in the network record. Doing so makes it easy to use the -xfer directive 
to dump reassignment records and their associated customer names and 
addresses.

Some ISPs, however, use a look-up key in the network template's org field, 
linked to an organization record. Doing so makes it much harder to look at 
a company's customer records, as you have to indvidually look-up each org 
record by its key.
