The attribute definition I'm using for for IP-Network-Block looks like this:

attribute:       IP-Network-Block
attribute-alias: IPNB
description:     IP address range
is-primary-key:  FALSE
is-required:     TRUE
is-repeatable:   FALSE
is-multi-line:   FALSE
is-hierarchical: FALSE
index:           NONE
type:            TEXT

As far as I can remember, this is part of a stock file included as a sample.

I've never had anything complain about it - but I should note that while 
the rWHOIS server I'm working on is publicly-accessible, it's not 
"official" yet, and while it returns data which is apparently 
netblock-correct, it's missing necessary contact data.  YMMV.
