rwhois under FC3 problem...

I'm running rwhoisd under FC3 and it works fine (at rwhois.elan.net).
If you've enabled firewall, you added port 4321 to your firewall for
incoming connetions, right? Also if you enabled SELinux you may have
problems (I have it set to warning right now, try it and then see if
the logs tell you what was wrong).
