This is a feature that is in the rwhoisd 1.5.10 branch.

rwhoisd 1.5.10 added the index type of NETBLOCK for this.  Please check 
it out!

The 1.5.10 stuff is still in "pre" release mode because I haven't gotten 
any feedback on it at all, which makes me think that no-one is running it.
