How to get a list of domains using a specific DNS server

Hi List, 

I wonder if is posible to get a list of domains thats its using a specific dns server using any tool.

For example list all domains .com.pe thats use ns1.xxx.com.

We are making a statistics work and thats will be really usefull for us !
