[ANN] rwhoisd-1.5.10-pre2

Hello folks,

Here is a new pre-release of rwhoisd.  This is mainly just fixing some 
bugs, but I've also changed the build procedure slightly.  From the 
ChangeLog:

         * By default, use the system supplied libwrap/tcpd_wrappers, if
         available.  This can be overridden with --with-local-libwrap.

         * Add a netblock attribute and sample network record using it to
         the sample data.

         * common/ip_network.c: fix (minor) memory leak.

         * server/referral.c: fix a double free().

         * mkdb/index.c: fix a double free(), and a bug that would prevent
         the new NETBLOCK index type from actually indexing.
