Hello folks,

I've put together a pre-release of a new version of rwhoisd, 1.5.10-pre1.

The main change to this release is the inclusion of a new index type, 
NETBLOCK.  Attributes with this index type can represent 
non-bit-boundary network blocks.  Attributes with this index type have 
the form "xx.xx.xx.xx - yy.yy.yy.yy".  For example (the "Network-Block" 
attribute has the NETBLOCK index type in this example):

ID: 666.10.0.0.0/8
Auth-Area: 10.0.0.0/8
Network-Name: A-NET
Network-Block: 10.0.0.1 - 10.0.0.255
Organization:777.a.com
Tech-Contact:222.a.com
Admin-Contact:222.a.com
Created: 19961022

Internally to the indexing process, the "Network-Block" attribute gets 
exploded into a (hopefully) minimal number of CIDRized network blocks. 
For now, this feature is IPv4 only.

Note that this feature only applies to indexing.  Searching still must 
be done via CIDR addresses.
