tmpl files for ARIN requirements?

Hi, I'm working on getting Initial IP allocation from ARIN, and its time to
set up the RWhois server and I have a question.

ARIN lists on their site (http://www.arin.net/tools/rwhois.html) RWhois
guidelines for RWhois responses (is that what this is??) :

Does anyone have the corresponding .tmpl files to go into the attribute_defs
folders? And why doesn't ARIN or RWhois provide this since its obvious that
most of the usage of RWhois is to satisfy ARIN's requirement. Yes I know I
could make them myself but let's say I'm lazy and don't feel like editing a
bunch of text files.

I need to make records for a bunch of /24s at the moment, and I'm trying to
save time wherever possible. Thanks for your help :)
