I'm not sure about RIPE, but we (APNIC) do not accept (raw) rwhois output
as part of a further IP assignment request.

It shouldn't be an excessively non-trivial matter to script an appropriate
data masseur so that you can use the one database implementation ( keeping
track of your customer assignments is more important than your (or mine)
own database bias) and be able to talk {APNIC,ARIN,RIPE}-speak happily.
