I'd like to remind the working group that we are evaluating specific
proposals for a specific purpose.  Digressions into the generic
preferences for specific types of pixie dust are not in scope.  Discussions
of the use of specific back end services for other, related work
_may_ be in scope for the working group's evaluation, but
they should relate those discussions to specific proposals in a
concrete way.  I would appreciate them being discussed in a separate thread,
in any case, as this call for consensus is taking place after the
expiration of the time limit set for those discussions.
