The original source for the table is an OpenOffice.org document (.sxw). 
  This makes table management much easier (no ASCII-art to be fiddling 
with).  The text form is just the .sxw output in html format and then 
run through 'links'.

Long story short, it's probably best that Rick make the edits to the 
source, since he's the matrix maintainer, and regen the ASCII.
