Are you suggesting that we have semantics like "debit my account $6.21" i=

access protocol?

Or are you suggesting that we have some sort transaction tokens attached =
to=20
queries for the purposes of auditing, one of which may be for cost=20
settlement?

Or is this a requirement for an off-line, out-of-band feature?

   The service MUST be decentralized in design and principle and MUST
   NOT require the aggregation of data to a central repository, server,
   or entity.
