Why would we need a new requirement?  As stated in a previous thread, tha=
t is=20
out-of-band.

I disagree.  Ted just pointed out one way.  And another was pointed out i=
n the=20
aforementioned thread.

Plus, I agree with Ted's concern about addressing the requirements.
