yes, I do and I would like to discuss it with the ADs; The parties to this
wg have not been consulted and may not want to participate w/o the IRR and
RIR registries.

If this wg's work is re-scoped to just include name registries and
registrars I have a big probelem and I'd like to discuss it with the IESG
