[Ietf-not43] XML-RPC for an information service?

andy,
actually its not at all like the epp work in PROVREG, epp is a protocol
for registries to talk to registrars over, epp is not no has it ever been
used to talk to registrants. although they are all simular they each have
different requirements.
This thread does beg the question... has anyone identified reasons not to
pull from the structures defined in epp?
