Again, maybe I was not clear :
the libertyRMS test best (or any other) is not authoritative at all.
The fact that it today does not do something that may or should be
done in the future is no indication at all there is a problem...
except the fact that the software will need to be updated in the
future.

BTW some EPP Registries works without problems with Unicode caracters
in contact. Our own toolkit handles that without problems.

I do not understand. When Registries will need to do true Unicode
domain names they will update their software, that is all.

And besides, I will dare to say that it would be a small update.
